Job Overview

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other healthcare providers.
  • Responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing market share, and ensuring successful commercialization of Aspen Healthcare products within assigned key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts, in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, procurement managers, and other decision makers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding product adoption within assigned key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional plans, and product launch initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide product information, training, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply chain.
  • Gather market intelligence and insights from key accounts to inform product development and market strategies.
