Job Overview
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts, including hospitals, healthcare institutions, and other healthcare providers.
- Responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing market share, and ensuring successful commercialization of Aspen Healthcare products within assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans for assigned key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, procurement managers, and decision makers.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and expanding product adoption.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and product launch initiatives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, and identify potential areas for product expansion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines.
- Continuously monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand needs, priorities, and challenges, and provide solutions and support.
- Act as a trusted advisor and provide product information, training, and support.
- Cross functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, medical affairs, market access, and supply chain.
