- Negotiate and draft contracts, manage project budgets, and provide strategic guidance on commercial and contractual matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Master’s Degree in Construction Management is a plus.
- 20+ years of overall experience.
- 10+ Years in major 5 star hospitality projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Administration and Commercial Management.
- RICS is a plus.
