Requirements
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Master’s Degree in Construction Management is a plus.
- 20+ years of overall experience.
- 10+ Years in major 5 star hospitality projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Contract Administration and Commercial Management.
- RICS is a plus.
- Extensive experience in commercial and contractual management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and ability to draft and negotiate contracts.
- Proven experience in managing large scale projects and project budgets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities
- This is a full time on site role located in Dubai for a Commercial and Contracts Director.
- As the Commercial and Contracts Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual activities for the Project.
- You will lead a team and collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract terms, manage risk, and achieve project success.
- Your role will involve negotiating and drafting contracts, managing project budgets, and providing strategic guidance on commercial and contractual matters.
Qualifications
