  • deugro was founded in Frankfurt am Main and is the first company of the deugro group, focusing on global project freight forwarding.
  • We are looking for a Commercial Administrator in Dubai / Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point across regional offices / functions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to track project status, priorities, and updates.
  • Monitor actions, follow ups, and key deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment and prevent gaps in communication and execution.
  • Own and manage CRM and project tracking tools.
  • Ensure all projects are properly logged, regularly updated, and commercially accurate.
  • Develop and maintain project pipeline trackers, client tracking dashboards, and status reports.
  • Proactively follow up with teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline.
  • Lead preparation of commercial monthly reports.
  • Consolidate data from global offices into clear dashboard, executive summaries, and performance insights.
  • Prepare high quality management presentations, steering committee packs, and project summaries.
  • Support development of capability decks, case studies, and client facing materials.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics or adjacent industry like heavy haul or marine industry.
  • Strong understanding of all transportation modes (air, ocean, road, rail, barging, shipping, heavy haul, and rigging).
  • Good knowledge of international and domestic geography, including key cities, airports, and seaports.
  • Basic understanding of commercial terms, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems, tracking tools, and data dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze, consolidate, and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with global teams and senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow up discipline.
