Role Overview
The role services commercial and domestic coffee machines, coffee vending machines, automatic coffee machines, coffee grinders, espresso machines, small appliances, and kitchen equipment.
The technician provides workshop and in-person customer service and supports professional equipment performance.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience working with coffee machines and kitchen equipment.
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field.
- Ability to work under pressure and both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, descaling, maintenance, installation, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
- Respond to breakdown call-outs and complete work efficiently to prevent repeat repairs and minimize rework.
- Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrate servicing techniques for all coffee machine brands.
- Prepare service endorsements and reports, keep records of services and parts used, and address client queries.
- Meet monthly productivity targets and maintain professional client interactions.
- Stay current with coffee machine technologies and repair techniques and report to the designated supervisor.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
