Role Overview
Lead the development and management of strategic co-branded products and partnerships across the GCC.
Work with banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners to develop propositions that drive acquisition, engagement, spend, and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic co-brand partnership opportunities across the GCC.
- Lead co-branded product and customer proposition development from opportunity identification and business case development through negotiations, implementation, and launch.
- Manage senior stakeholders across banking, payments, loyalty, and strategic partner organisations.
- Develop customer value propositions supporting acquisition, engagement, retention, and increased customer spend.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Digital, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Develop joint marketing and go-to-market plans and oversee campaign execution and optimisation.
- Lead partner negotiations, commercial agreements, onboarding, and programme implementation.
- Define and monitor acquisition, activation, transaction, spend, revenue, engagement, and ROI KPIs.
- Analyse customer and campaign data and prepare performance reviews and commercial recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimise partnerships through propositions, benefits, campaigns, and acquisition initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in co-brand partnerships, loyalty, cards, product marketing, financial partnerships, strategic partnerships, or customer propositions.
- Proven experience managing co-branded, financial, or loyalty partnership programmes from concept through implementation and ongoing performance management.
- Strong commercial understanding, including business case development, commercial negotiations, and partnership economics.
- Experience developing customer value propositions and acquisition or engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of partnership marketing and campaign management.
- Comfort working with commercial and customer data, KPIs, and ROI analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior internal and external stakeholder experience.
- Experience in banking, financial services, payments, fintech, loyalty, airlines, hospitality, travel, retail, or other consumer-facing businesses is highly relevant.
- GCC or Middle East experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- This is not a pure business development or sales role; the position requires hands-on co-branding, loyalty, product, or customer proposition experience.
