Role Overview
Drive corporate and government engagement, partnerships, and student recruitment across the UAE and wider GCC for a higher education institution.
The role supports recruitment and commercial targets through business development, account management, events, CRM activity, and market analysis.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The position requires occasional evening or weekend events and travel within the GCC.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 15,000 per month plus an education allowance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop corporate and government relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive corporate student recruitment, lead generation, and enrolment.
- Manage partnerships, accounts, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
- Deliver presentations and represent the institution at relevant events.
- Manage the CRM pipeline and analyze market and recruitment data.
- Work with internal teams to support recruitment and commercial targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or government engagement.
- Strong corporate or government stakeholder network.
- Fluent English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Higher education, executive education, or professional services experience is advantageous.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events and travel within the GCC.
