- Operate CNC machines (milling, turning, drilling, multi axis) to produce precision components for defense/arm applications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications
- Set up machines, load raw materials, and adjust tools and offsets as required
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
- Perform in process inspection using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM if required)
- Ensure components meet tight tolerances and defense grade standards
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and report machine faults or deviations
- Maintain production logs and quality documentation
- Follow strict safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
