Role Overview
The Cluster Sales Manager supports the Director of Sales in driving revenue across the Sharjah Collection portfolio.
The role focuses on corporate, government, MICE, and key-account business, strategic relationships, new opportunities, commercial negotiations, and sales objectives.
Sales Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales in implementing the overall sales strategy.
- Develop relationships with government entities, corporate accounts, embassies, associations, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, networking events, and site inspections.
- Negotiate corporate and government agreements in line with company objectives.
- Prepare sales action plans, account plans, and business development activities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Operations for smooth business execution.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Represent Sharjah Collection at exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
- Support strategic projects and commercial initiatives led by the Director of Sales.
- Ensure exceptional client service to maximise repeat business.
Human Resources Management
- Coach and support Sales Executives.
- Identify training needs and recommend development opportunities to the Director of Sales.
- Promote teamwork and accountability within the sales function.
Policies and Operations
- Ensure Sharjah Collection follows applicable laws in the UAE and maintains management and departmental standards.
- Attend meetings as required by the Director of Sales and perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
- Maintain flexibility to support business requirements across all properties.
- Assist colleagues with similar or related jobs when necessary.
- Attend to guest requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain the working area, materials, and company property in clean and good condition.
- Seek to improve departmental efficiency and personal knowledge of the job function.
Requirements
- Ability to support business requirements across all Sharjah Collection properties.
- Ability to coach and support Sales Executives.
- Ability to identify training needs and recommend development opportunities.
- Flexibility to attend meetings and perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
