- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all reservations through various booking channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the reservations team to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Monitor reservation trends, forecasting, and booking pace to support revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Front Office, and Marketing teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, reservation policies, and data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze reservations reports, identifying opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve reservation related issues professionally.
- Support system enhancements, training initiatives, and implementation of best practices across the cluster.

Role Overview
- The Cluster Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the reservations function across multiple hotels, ensuring efficient inventory management, revenue optimization, and exceptional guest service.
