Cluster Manager, Security

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• *Lead and manage day-to-day security operations*
• *Develop, implement, and monitor security policies, procedures, and protocols*
• *Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.*
• *Coordinate security coverage for events, VIP visits, and high-traffic periods.*
• *Supervise, train, and develop the security team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and readiness.*
• *Ensure proper crowd control, access control, and surveillance in all designated areas.*
• *Collaborate with all the departments to ensure integrated safety measures.*
• *Investigate incidents, accidents, and breaches; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.*
• *Liaise with local authorities, emergency services, and regulatory bodies as required.*
• *Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations*
• *Oversee emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation procedures, fire safety, and marine-related incidents.*
• *Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.*
• *Control departmental budgets, resources, and inventory of security equipment.*

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• *Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.*
• *Minimum 5–7 years of security management experience, preferably within hospitality and resorts*
• *Strong knowledge of outdoor security operations.*
• *Certification in security management or relevant licenses (as per local regulations).*
• *First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response certifications are preferred.*
• *Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.*
• *Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with flexible hours.*
