Sales & Store Performance
- Drive sales and profitability across assigned jewellery stores and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyse store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, footfall, and productivity.
- Implement corrective action plans and identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer acquisition, repeat business, and average basket size.
Market & Store Operations
- Monitor UAE market trends, competitors, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational, visual merchandising, stock, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, ageing stock, and stock accuracy.
People & Customer Management
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and sales teams to maximise performance.
- Set targets, conduct performance reviews, and identify training and development needs.
- Ensure excellent customer experience, product knowledge, and high standards of jewellery sales service.
- Manage escalated customer issues and strengthen VIP, CRM, and clienteling activities.
Collaboration & Retail Initiatives
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to drive sales and store performance.
- Support new store openings, promotions, events, and other retail initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience, based on the source listing experience level.
- Experience managing sales and profitability across multiple jewellery stores or an assigned retail cluster.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing Store Managers and sales teams.
- Experience monitoring retail KPIs, inventory, customer service, and store operating standards.
