- Lead the strategic commercial efforts to drive revenue, focusing on maximizing occupancy and rates across leisure, corporate, and MICE to all cluster properties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and maximize profitability
- Create and execute effective sales plans, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market analysis
- Ensure the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the hotel's pro active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised
- Work proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution
- Develop and implement strategies where key sales metrics are identified, communicated and delivered
- Maintain effective business communication level with all Hotels sales team, management and General/Hotel Managers
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external
Requirements
- Experience in leading strategic commercial efforts to drive revenue in hospitality
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and pricing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
