- Develop and implement overall HR strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals
- Produce and maintain hotel People Plan ensuring alignment with property goals
- Implement sustainable strategy for seasonality of employment
- Develop annual HR Strategy for property aligned with brand standards
- Serve as strategic business partner to operations
- Ensure disciplinary processes are maintained and fair procedures followed
- Ensure smooth workflow of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, filing, and payroll administration
- Partner with Heads of Department and Executive Committee to achieve key performance indicators
- Ensure appropriate training for HODs and Supervisors on performance management
- Maintain colleague communication platforms and facilitate engagement activities
- Prepare annual HR Budget including training, recruitment, housing, and general expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality
- Prior experience as standalone HR Manager or Director in a large 5 star resort
- Robust knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations
- Proven track record as strategic business partner to operations
- Strong employee relations expertise
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical abilities with HR metrics and reporting experience

Job Summary
- As Cluster Director, Human Resources you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall HR strategy and vision, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- The role oversees two properties based in Montenegro and reports to the General Manager.
- Drives the hotel's people strategy encompassing employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, recruitment, housing, wellness, and colleague engagement.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain hotel People Plan ensuring alignment with property goals and business objectives.
- Implement sustainable strategy for seasonality of employment addressing peak and off peak staffing needs.
- Develop annual HR Strategy for property aligned with brand standards and business requirements.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to operations, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Ensure disciplinary processes are maintained and fair procedures followed by all Heads of Department.
- Ensure smooth workflow of HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, filing, and payroll administration.
- Partner with Heads of Department and Executive Committee to achieve key performance indicators.
- Ensure appropriate training for HODs and Supervisors on performance management.
- Maintain colleague communication platforms ensuring accessibility, facilitate regular colleague meetings and engagement activities.
- Prepare annual HR Budget including training, recruitment, housing, and general expenses.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification preferred.
- 8 years of progressive HR experience in luxury hospitality.
- Prior experience as standalone HR Manager or Director in large 5 star resort essential.
- Robust knowledge of local labor law and employment regulations.
- Proven track record as strategic business partner to operations.
- Strong employee relations expertise with complex colleague matter resolution.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with HR metrics and reporting experience.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on operational execution.
