Hilton is hiring a Cluster Assistant Sales Manager for its Hotels team.
The role focuses on generating and managing group sales and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Sales Responsibilities
- Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments and grow client accounts.
- Analyze hotel and market trends to create sales strategies and business plans.
- Prepare proposals, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- Coordinate room, food and beverage, and meeting-space requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely account and reservation information in the hotel sales system.
