Role Overview
Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects across multiple business units
Develop and maintain migration roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Establish governance frameworks, project controls, and reporting mechanisms
Track project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Coordinate multiple concurrent migration workstreams and priorities
Engage business and IT stakeholders to define migration objectives and success criteria
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive progress reviews
Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
Build strong relationships with internal teams, cloud service providers, and external partners
Oversee assessment, planning, migration, and post-migration activities
Ensure alignment with cloud adoption frameworks and enterprise architecture standards
Coordinate application migration waves, infrastructure modernization, and data migration activities
