Role Overview
Lead digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions.
Combine technical expertise with business consulting skills to advise stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with business leaders, architects, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on ServiceNow platform strategy and governance.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops.
- Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and design end-to-end platform architecture.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules.
- Lead platform assessments, roadmap planning, and process optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance on REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub integrations.
- Create functional specifications, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
- Identify automation and workflow optimization opportunities.
- Demonstrate solutions, present recommendations to executives, mentor junior consultants, and stay current with ServiceNow releases and AI capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Business Rules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Business process analysis and consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 or more years of IT consulting or enterprise platform implementation experience.
- 3–8 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow transformation projects.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
