Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions covering enterprise priorities, regulatory constraints, and transformation objectives.
• Define phased AI deployment strategies tied to measurable business and operational outcomes.
• Prioritize domain-specific use cases by value, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
• Establish KPIs for post-deployment business impact and value realization.
• Engage senior stakeholders across finance, tax, risk, governance, compliance, and technology.
• Align AI initiatives with enterprise control frameworks and support structured decision-making.
• Navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments and apply expertise in finance, tax, risk, and governance.
• Ensure deployments improve transparency, accountability, and control effectiveness.
• Identify AI opportunities in monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with Deployment Engineers during execution and provide functional guidance during rollout and adoption.
• Contribute field insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Support scalable and repeatable domain-driven deployment methodologies.

Essential background and experience

• 5+ years in finance, tax, risk, governance, compliance, or related regulated enterprise functions.
• Significant consulting, enterprise transformation, or strategic implementation experience.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, and SAFe architectural frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data flows, security standards, and microservices.
• Understanding of domain architecture guidelines and blueprints.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps integration with architecture.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
• AI-native digital transformation expertise and strong technology consulting experience.
• Ability to engage executive stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience leading domain-driven transformation initiatives.
