Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics strategy at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence.
The role transforms clinical and operational data into insights and applies clinical expertise to AI training and evaluation.
Engagement Details
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role for seasoned healthcare analytics professionals.
The posting identifies the engagement as an hourly contract with a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to identify trends and recommend actions.
- Translate healthcare data into decisions that improve care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with AI research teams on clinical model training and evaluation projects.
Who You Are
- Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a track record in business intelligence or data management.
- Skilled in designing and managing end-to-end BI systems, dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
- Able to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows for structured healthcare data.
- Background in EMR/EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics.
- Experience with value-based care, clinical quality reporting, or regulatory compliance analytics.
