Clinical Application Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on application training to radiologists, sonographers, cardiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals following solution deployment.
• Develop and maintain structured training programs, user manuals, quick reference guides, and onboarding documentation for the Clinical Imaging AI portfolio.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from implementation to routine clinical use.
• Support go-live activities by working closely with Sales, Clinical Applications, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful system adoption.
• Conduct clinical workflow assessments to understand customer processes and tailor training programs to meet operational requirements.
• Act as the primary post-sales clinical contact, responding to application-related inquiries and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor customer adoption, utilization, and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer success and engagement.
• Support product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (POC) sessions by providing clinical expertise and application knowledge.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate product enhancement recommendations to Product Management and Sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering hands-on application training to healthcare professionals.
• Ability to develop and maintain structured training programs, user manuals, and onboarding documentation.
• Experience in leading customer onboarding and ensuring seamless transition from implementation to routine clinical use.
• Ability to support go-live activities by working closely with Sales, Clinical Applications, and Technical Support teams.
• Experience in conducting clinical workflow assessments.
