Role Description

  • Oversee daily clinic operations including patient flow, front desk activities, and coordination between clinical and administrative staff.
  • Supervise staff schedules, monitor performance, and support training and development.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of medical records, adherence to clinic policies, and compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
  • Handle patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers on service quality improvements.
  • Prepare basic operational reports.
  • Assist with inventory, supplies, and coordination with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff training.
  • Customer service skills for managing patient interactions and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of medicine and clinical workflows.
  • Experience handling medical records, including documentation accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Healthcare management skills including clinic operations, compliance oversight, and process improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting in a supervisory or senior administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with clinic management software and basic computer skills.
