- Collaborate with healthcare providers on service quality improvements

- Assist with inventory, supplies, and coordination with external stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills including team leadership and performance monitoring
- Customer service skills for managing patient interactions
- Basic knowledge of medicine and clinical workflows
- Experience handling medical records and documentation
- Healthcare management skills including clinic operations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting in a supervisory or senior administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with clinic management software and basic computer skills
