About the Role

- Manage daily clinic operations and staff performance
- Supervise front desk, nursing, customer service, and administrative teams
- Ensure a premium patient journey from booking to follow up
- Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and service efficiency
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and department heads
- Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, documentation, and operational protocols
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Track clinic performance, revenue, bookings, and operational KPIs
- Support management in business planning and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Clinic Manager or Operations Manager in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or wellness clinics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Strong understanding of patient experience and clinic operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi healthcare operations is preferred
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage
