The role is the senior day-to-day client lead and manages program launch, execution, growth, continuity conversion, and wind-down.

Client Leadership
- Lead client relationships from kickoff through renewal and run regular meetings covering status, initiatives, and problem solving.
- Translate client priorities into field execution plans and act as the first escalation point for program issues.
Growth and Business Development
- Develop growth cases that convert temporary, seasonal, and pilot programs into ongoing continuity programs.
- Sell incremental growth and scale programs through added headcount, markets, channels, services, or initiatives.
