Role Overview
The Client Data Analyst II partners with clients and internal teams to support initiatives through strategy, analytics, actionable insights, and program measurement.
The analyst uses business and market information to support data-driven decisions, sales and marketing objectives, and the growth of the data-driven discipline.
Responsibilities
- Collect, inspect, cleanse, transform, model, and diagram complex datasets.
- Use business intelligence and analytical software tools daily.
- Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
- Lead standardized measurement strategies for clients and team leaders.
- Design or support questionnaires, market testing, A/B testing, and multivariate research methods.
- Use statistical analysis to identify business drivers and recommend optimization and go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare professional reports with quantitative and qualitative findings, recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, external research, and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of program strategy, key performance indicators, and tactical activities.
- Attend client and internal meetings and participate in in-field ride-alongs.
