Role Overview
Partner with clients and teams to drive initiatives through strategy, analytics, and actionable insights.
Optimize program measurement to improve field team success and support sales and marketing objectives.
Help evolve and grow the data-driven discipline within the supported program.
Responsibilities
- Collect, inspect, cleanse, transform, model, and diagram complex datasets.
- Use business intelligence and analytical software to interpret data and prepare recommendations.
- Lead standardized client measurement strategies and support research methods such as questionnaires and market testing.
- Use statistical analysis to identify business drivers and recommend optimization and go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare professional reports that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and actions.
- Track market trends, research, best practices, and program performance.
- Attend client and internal meetings and in-field ride-alongs to remain connected to program activities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
- 1 to 2 years of project management experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
