Description
Partners with clients and internal teams to drive initiatives through strategy, analytics, and actionable insights.
Optimizes program measurement to support field team success and Mosaic’s sales and marketing objectives.
Helps evolve, lead, and grow data-driven practices within the supported program.
Core Responsibilities
- Collect, inspect, cleanse, transform, model, and diagram complex datasets.
- Use business intelligence and analytical software tools daily.
- Interpret data, prepare reports, and make recommendations.
- Lead standardized measurement strategies for clients and team leaders.
- Design or support questionnaires, market testing, A/B testing, and multivariate research methods.
- Apply statistical analysis to identify business drivers and recommend optimization and go-to-market strategies.
- Create professional quantitative and qualitative reports that explain findings, recommendations, actions, and context.
- Monitor market trends and relevant research and implement best practices.
- Stay engaged with program strategy, KPIs, and day-to-day tactical activities.
- Attend client and internal meetings and participate in in-field ride-alongs.
