Role Overview

React Publishing and Advertising MENA is seeking a client servicing professional to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

The role manages client accounts and coordinates event, exhibition, activation, and related project delivery.

The successful candidate should be commercially aware, highly organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders and serve as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage client enquiries, briefs, requirements, updates, and day-to-day communication.
  • Translate client objectives into project briefs and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, project schedules, and client-facing documents.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and overall project progress.
  • Support events, exhibitions, activations, site visits, rehearsals, and on-site execution.
  • Manage expectations, communicate issues, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Grow existing accounts, secure repeat business, and support new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, events, exhibitions, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in the UAE events and exhibitions industry.
  • A strong network and client relationships in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE market.
  • Experience managing client accounts and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of event and exhibition workflows from briefing through execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend client meetings, site visits, and on-site events.

Language and Market Qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Arabic is required.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Six years of Abu Dhabi market experience is preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.

Workplace

  • Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi.
