Role Overview
The Storekeeper will support the day-to-day handling and organization of AV, lighting, and related equipment at a warehouse in ICAD, Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing AV and lighting equipment.
- Check, record, and organize equipment upon receipt and return.
- Keep inventory records updated and monitor equipment movements.
- Perform regular stock checks and report missing or damaged items.
- Prepare equipment for projects, events, and site deliveries.
- Coordinate equipment requirements and returns with Operations and Project teams.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and equipment documentation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller.
- Experience in the AV and lighting rental industry is required.
- Familiarity with AV and lighting equipment, accessories, and technical event equipment.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills.
- Willingness and ability to stay overnight at the warehouse when required.
- Four years of Storekeeper experience in the AV and lighting industry is required.
- English is required.
