Role Overview
Support the effective day-to-day operation of the company by coordinating administrative, operational, logistics, financial, and legal-related activities.
Work closely with the CEO and internal departments to follow up on business requirements, maintain documentation, and resolve operational matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee general administration and office operations.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, travel, deliveries, facilities, and other operational requirements.
- Support the CEO with operational and administrative follow-up across the business.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoices, payments, budgets, petty cash, expenses, and basic financial reporting.
- Liaise with external lawyers and internal stakeholders on contracts, licenses, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Maintain company records, contracts, licenses, insurance policies, and important corporate documents.
- Monitor renewals, government requirements, and compliance-related deadlines.
- Coordinate procurement and vendor-related activities where required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and management information for the CEO.
- Follow up with departments to ensure agreed actions and deadlines are completed.
- Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to processes and controls.
- Support special projects and other business requirements assigned by the CEO.
