Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced XR / Unity Developer to create immersive, interactive, technology-driven experiences.
Projects span events, exhibitions, cultural projects, and brand activations.
The role covers real-time XR applications and interactive 3D experiences from prototyping through testing, optimization, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Unity XR experiences for Meta Quest 3 and passthrough AR.
- Develop C# systems for interaction mechanics, architecture, optimization, and device deployment.
- Manage modeling, UVs, PBR materials, baking, LODs, shaders, and Unity optimization.
- Create custom visual effects with HLSL and shaders.
- Collaborate with creative, UX/UI, and technical teams on practical solutions.
- Support prototypes and proof-of-concept development.
- Solve technical challenges during development.
- Optimize applications for mobile GPUs and target-device stability.
- Track XR platforms, SDKs, hardware, and emerging technologies.
- Support real-time data integration and multi-device communication.
