Role Overview
Lead assigned client relationships and coordinate successful project delivery in a fast-paced eDiscovery environment.
Manage multiple projects and client relationships while serving as a trusted service delivery leader.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and own the service delivery relationship.
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
- Execute project forecasts and work schedules implemented by senior project management or the Client Services Director.
- Verify that client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy.
- Maintain current records of project status and communicate routinely with clients and internal partners.
- Address client issues directly or escalate them promptly to senior project leadership.
- Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal partners while delivering project objectives professionally.
- Serve as a primary public face of Epiq's high-quality service delivery offering.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of project management experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry.
