Job Summary
Support successful delivery of eDiscovery projects throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycle.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, documentation, client communication, and quality standards.
Develop expertise in eDiscovery project management, legal technology, client relationship management, and global service delivery.
Project Coordination and Delivery
- Support eDiscovery projects from initiation and planning through delivery and closure.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and operational work requests.
- Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate data intake, processing, hosting, document review, productions, and other eDiscovery activities.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, workflow records, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with resource coordination, forecasting, deadline management, issue escalation, and project closeout.
Client Service and Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders with timely, clear, and professional communication.
