- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients
- Manage and nurture long term relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as primary point of contact for client enquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence
- Lead negotiations and successfully close UAE property investment transactions
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless client onboarding and post sales support
- Handle high value clients professionally, ensuring a premium customer experience
- Represent the company at exhibitions, property launches, roadshows, networking events, and client meetings
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in client services, business development, or related field
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Experience in UAE property investment transactions
- Ability to handle high value clients professionally
