Job Overview
- Urgent Client Service Executive position in Qatar with SMART MANAGEMENT.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Train new clients and make sure of full understanding of modules & solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects with SMIT customers and campaigns that directly affect each client.
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each SMIT client that can be employed by other departments as well.
- Assist with/handle escalated customer support issues.
- Simplifies and strengthens customer experiences and builds customers' trust by listening to feedback, understanding reasons for dissatisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve.
