Responsibilities
- Prepares architect maps, project documentations, user documentations, detailed business requirements primarily in FINANCE module, inventory management, procurement, payroll, warehousing, and other modules related to finance.
- Meets clients to understand their business requirements and translates them to detailed workflow and maps.
- Performs quality checks to ensure that the software matches the architect map and project documentations.
- Prepares detailed user manual.
- Conducts tutorial and product demo for finance related modules to the users and CSE team.
- Conducts research on various software, competitors, latest market trend to ensure no copyright issues and competitiveness.
- Creates Dashboards, Reporting formats, data analysis and prototype of user interface.
- Performs other task related to the position that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years working experience
- International and GCC working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Knowledge in MS PPT, Excel, Visio, Word
- Knowledge on finance/accounting software such as SAP, Sage, QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with requirements gathering/research techniques

Job Overview
- Business Analyst position in Qatar for Arab nationals, male, with English/Arabic language skills.
