- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships, account management, or customer success in a technology or SaaS environment
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder projects in fast paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours
- Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of major US sports cycles

Overview
- This role sits at the center of a high impact client relationship with a globally recognised sports brand.
- You will own delivery, coordination, and growth across a complex, fast moving account.
- Act as the primary day to day point of contact, ensuring product, engineering, and operations teams are aligned.
- The environment is dynamic and reactive, shaped by real time sports events.
Accountabilities
- Own and manage a high value enterprise client relationship end to end.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams.
- Translate client requests into clear priorities, actionable plans, and structured delivery workflows.
- Monitor account health, proactively identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution.
- Lead account planning activities including roadmap alignment, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Oversee client reporting and performance insights.
- Manage escalations and incidents calmly.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency using modern tools and AI supported workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships, account management, or customer success in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder projects in fast paced, high pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or operational topics.
- Proven experience working cross functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with a proactive, ownership driven mindset.
- Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours regardless of location.
- Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of major US sports cycles.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and act independently without heavy oversight.
- Experience in SaaS, digital media, or sports related accounts is a strong advantage.
