We are a well-established premium pet care facility in Dubai, providing a range of high-quality services for Pets including Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Hydrotherapy, and specialized Pet care services.
Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for Dogs and Cats while delivering exceptional service and support to Pet owners.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Client Experience Executive to become the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our clients and their Pets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners
- Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily Front Office operations
- Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with the operational team
- Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records
- Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy
- Maintain communication between Front Office and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Ideal Candidate
- A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role
- Experience in the pet industry is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team-oriented mindset
