Overview
- Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners
- Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily Front Office operations
- Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with the operational team
- Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records
- Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare, and hydrotherapy
- Maintain communication between Front Office and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
