Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of go-to-market and client development strategies across Tax and Advisory service lines, in alignment with partner priorities and sector focus areas
  • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and client segments, with a focus on high-potential accounts
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to progress opportunities through the pipeline and support conversion of pursuits
  • Drive the transition of qualified leads into active pursuits, ensuring appropriate internal coordination for the development and delivery of proposals, pitch materials and client presentations consistent with firm standards and positioning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reporting and opportunity tracking, ensuring visibility of key pursuits and stages of progression
  • Collaborate with the global network and cross-border teams to support the identification and development of inbound and outbound UAE-related opportunities
  • Support the development of client relationships with senior decision-makers, contributing to account growth and long-term engagement strategy
  • Assist in identifying and enabling cross-service line opportunities, particularly across Tax, Deals and broader Advisory offerings
  • Contribute to the execution of targeted marketing and client development campaigns, including sector-focused initiatives and thought leadership activation

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of client or business development experience in the UAE, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of Tax and Advisory service offerings
  • Proven track record in developing pipeline and supporting revenue conversion
  • Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong communication, negotiation and proposal development skills
  • Ability to operate in a partner-led, relationship-driven environment
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
