- Manage official social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, in line with global brand and communication guidelines.
- Plan, create, and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with firm priorities, service lines, and leadership direction.
- Ensure all content reflects Andersen’s professional tone, positioning, and visual identity.
- Support planning and execution of integrated digital and social media campaigns for new service offerings, events, thought leadership, and client focused campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content development, approvals, and execution with internal stakeholders.
- Support digital amplification of leadership and practice led thought leadership initiatives.
- Repurpose approved content into engaging digital formats suitable for social media and campaign use.
- Deliver structured social media and digital amplification for firm events and priority initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to Andersen’s global brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and communication protocols.
- Route high visibility or sensitive content through defined approval processes.
- Monitor and analyse social media and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support ongoing optimisation of content and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- 5 7 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or regulated industries preferred
- Strong hands on experience managing social media for corporate or professional services brands
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency and compliance

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably within professional services, consulting, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands on experience managing social media for corporate or professional services brands.
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
