About the Role
Seline Clinic seeks an experienced Client Advisor to guide VIP and international patients through their plastic surgery journey. You will manage end-to-end surgical coordination, including consultations, OT bookings, and post-operative care, while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Engage with VIP and international patients to understand aesthetic goals and facilitate consultations
- Manage end to end surgical coordination including pre operative and post operative coordination with partner hospitals
- Coordinate appointments: book and confirm consultations, pre op assessments, surgeries, and follow up visits
- Work closely with surgeons, medical teams, marketing, and clinic staff to align on patient cases and schedules
- Liaise with partner hospitals to secure OT bookings and ensure completion of pre operative requirements
- Support assigned surgeons in increasing revenue by promoting suitable procedures and treatment plans
- Present and promote plastic surgery services to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets
- Deliver high standard of service through consistent communication and follow up throughout client's surgical journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Mandatory experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery clinics with VIP patients
- Experience in sales or client coordination in plastic surgery, aesthetic, or wellness sectors
- Proven experience in pre operative and post operative coordination with hospitals
- Familiarity with OT coordination or surgery bookings with partner hospitals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency or strong experience working with Russian and European clients
- Russian language is an added advantage
- Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred)

Job Description
- As a Client Advisor – Plastic Surgery you will guide high profile and international clients through their surgical journey.
VIP Client Management
- Engage with VIP and international patients to understand aesthetic goals and facilitate consultations.
End to End Surgical Coordination
- Manage full patient journey including pre operative and post operative coordination with partner hospitals.
- Coordinate appointments: consultations, pre op assessments, surgeries, and follow up visits.
Surgeon & Internal Team Coordination
- Work closely with surgeons, medical teams, marketing, and clinic staff to ensure alignment on patient cases and schedules.
Operating Theatre Coordination
- Liaise with partner hospitals to secure OT bookings and ensure completion of pre operative requirements.
Revenue Growth Support
- Support assigned surgeons in increasing revenue by promoting suitable procedures and treatment plans.
Sales Targets
- Present and promote plastic surgery services to achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
Client Experience
- Deliver high standard of service through consistent communication and follow up throughout client's surgical journey.
Job Requirements
