Role Summary

  • The Client Acquisition Specialist supports Emirates Investment Bank’s client acquisition agenda by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM discipline, coordinating Relationship Manager handovers and producing acquisition reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify affluent and HNW prospects using approved data sources and market research.
  • Build targeted prospect lists for campaigns, referrals, introducer programmes and Al Futtaim Group opportunities.
  • Maintain prospect databases and monitor acquisition opportunities across target segments.
  • Contact prospects generated through approved channels and conduct structured qualification discussions.
  • Assess suitability, banking needs, investment requirements and readiness for Relationship Manager engagement.
  • Maintain complete CRM records, including interactions, lead status and pipeline progression.
  • Manage lead routing, workflow administration, service levels and response time monitoring.
  • Schedule prospect meetings with Relationship Managers and coordinate handover requirements.
  • Produce weekly and monthly acquisition reports, dashboards and KPI updates.
  • Support campaigns, client events and prospect engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, regulatory expectations and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications in Sales, Banking, CRM or Wealth Management are advantageous.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Sales Support, Business Development or Financial Services.
  • Experience with CRM systems, client databases, lead qualification and prospect engagement.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, verbal and written communication skills.
  • UAE banking experience advantageous; English essential and Arabic strongly preferred.
