Key Accountabilities
- Hiring across various critical functions for full time employment, then joining the Emirates Institute of Finance training program in August.
- The 6 month program includes a structured learning journey, international qualifications, hands on projects, and ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Program Phases
- Foundation Phase: Covers fundamental banking knowledge.
- Specialization Phase: Focuses on chosen domains such as Wealth Management, Treasury, Compliance, Information Technology, Risk Management; includes mentoring and skill enhancement.
- Certification Phase: Involves obtaining international professional certifications.
Qualification & Experience
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Banking and Finance preferred)

- Graduates from 2024 onwards
