- Review the risks relevant to the scope of the audit assignment
- Review and identify gaps in regulatory (CBUAE and other applicable laws and regulations)
- Participate in the conduct of ad hoc special assignments, as required
Requirements
- UAE National with a Family Book
- A bachelor's degree in any major (Banking and Finance preferred)
- GPA 2.7+
- Graduates from 2024 onwards
- Fresher or with less than 1 year experience
- Fluent in English
- National Service must be completed for male candidates

Programme Phases
- Foundation Phase: Covers fundamental Banking knowledge.
- Specialisation Phase: Focuses on training relevant to Audit domain. This phase also includes mentoring, coaching support, and skill enhancement training.
- Certification Phase: Involves obtaining international professional certifications.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, execute and complete audit assignments according to the audit plan, recommending internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies.
- Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessments relating to each audit assignment, to ensure that the engagement identifies business and operational risks.
- Review and identify control weaknesses noted during the audit assignment (in the credit process, investment process, IT risk, operational risk frameworks) with solid understanding of the relevant process maps, risks and controls.
- Document internal audit findings during the progress of each audit assignment.
- Review the risks relevant to the scope of the audit assignment.
- Review and identify gaps in regulatory (CBUAE and other applicable laws and regulations).
- Participate in the conduct of ad hoc special assignments, as required.
Qualification & Experience
- UAE National with a Family Book
- A bachelor's degree in any major is suitable, though a specialization in Banking and Finance is preferred.
- GPA 2.7+
- Graduates from 2024 onwards
- Fresher or with less than 1 year experience
- Fluent in English
- National Service must be completed for male candidates
