About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long term engagement and satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and understand their evolving business needs
- Identify opportunities to cross sell and introduce additional services to existing clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and relationship reviews to strengthen partnerships
- Maintain and update client databases, engagement records, and relationship insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience
- Support client retention initiatives and contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing corporate clients and maintaining long term relationships
- Strong ability to engage with business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision makers
- Experience in identifying client needs and driving cross selling opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and credibility
- UAE market experience and an established client network will be an advantage
