Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of payroll accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and accounting principles
- Experience with payroll software such as Gusto, OnPay, Xero, or similar ERP/payroll systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet strict deadlines
- Professional payroll certifications (CPP/FPC) are an advantage
