- Drive new business opportunities across Audit, Tax, VAT, Accounting, Advisory, and Compliance services
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective corporate clients into long term business relationships
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present tailored service solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Stay informed about UAE regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging business opportunities
Requirements
- 4 8 years of business development experience, preferably with an audit, tax, advisory, accounting, or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of UAE Audit, Corporate Tax, VAT, Accounting, and Advisory services
- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets
- Established network within the UAE corporate market is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self driven, commercially focused, and capable of working independently
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
