About the Role
Golden Ocean Logistics is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor for post-construction cleaning in Dubai. You will supervise cleaning teams, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily cleaning operations on site
- Allocate cleaners and assign daily tasks
- Inspect work quality before handover to the client
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and discipline
- Train new cleaners on company procedures and safety
- Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to Operations Manager
- Coordinate with clients and resolve minor site issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and request replenishment when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, PPE requirements, and HSE standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cleaning Supervisor
- Experience in post construction, commercial, or facility cleaning
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

Job Purpose
- To supervise cleaning teams, ensure high quality cleaning services, maintain safety standards, and complete projects on time while meeting client requirements.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500 AED 4,000 per month
