Job Summary

  • The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Philippines while based in Dubai.
  • The role requires conducting market research, analyzing business opportunities, understanding Philippine regulations, and supporting the company's market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities in the Philippines.
  • Research industries, competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, partners, distributors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare business feasibility studies and market entry strategies.
  • Build relationships with Philippine companies, government agencies, and business partners.
  • Understand and stay updated on Philippine trading regulations, import/export requirements, company formation procedures, and business licensing.
  • Maintain knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations relevant to business operations.
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for the Philippine market.
  • Generate qualified business leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and business proposals for management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or market research.
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine business environment.
  • Good understanding of Philippine trading laws, company registration procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel to the Philippines when required.
